She has spent her career working for Technology Vendors within the Tech industry and is a subject matter expert in CCaaS & Contact Center technology and operations. She has partnered with many brands to deliver successful digital transformation projects which leveraged Mitel, Avaya, Noetica, Five9, Google CCAI, Twilio, LivePerson, Calabrio, Talkdesk and many more. Her holistic approach and passion for Customer & Employee Experience focus on continual business and innovation improvements while supporting a culture of empowerment and inclusivity. She ensures people are at the front and centre of all interactions while humanising the interconnection between technology, business, and systems.
Shameem has published articles in Contact Centre Monthly & Women in CX on Digital and Customer Experience transformation and has participated in panels featuring Women in Tech, DEI & Customer & Digital Experience for CX Today Officium Labs Ultimate AI.
Shameem is also a founding member of Women in CX – with over 7000 women from 50+ countries across the globe. WiCX is the first online membership community for women in customer experience. In addition, she is an advocate and activist for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and a champion for Women in Tech. She intentionally supports initiatives that help shift mindsets, behaviours, and practices toward equitable and inclusive leadership for individuals, teams, and organisations.
